Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian told state TV on Sunday that the Islamic Republic was ready to assure the world they are not after a nuclear weapon. It comes as a preliminary peace deal between Tehran and Washington begins to emerge. Pezeshkian told IRNA that the one seeking instability is Israel, which he says is employing various means to conspire to keep war, unrest, and division alive in the region. He pledged that Iran's negotiating team won't comprise the country's dignity and pride in any way. In the latest development, Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu said he and US President Donald Trump agreed that any final agreement with Iran must remove its nuclear threat. Netanyahu posted on Telegram this requires dismantlement of Iran's nuclear enrichment facilities and removal of its enriched nuclear material from the Iranian territory. So far, Iran has not publicly committed to giving up its uranium.
