American business leaders in the US delegation have drawn widespread public attention during their visit. Upon arriving in Beijing, Nvidia's CEO Jensen Huang visited the historic Nanluoguxiang area, where he was seen enjoying a bowl of traditional zhajiangmian or Beijing's fried sauce noodles at a long-established local eatery. He also greeted the public in Mandarin, and interacted with passers-by. Spotlighted too was Tesla's CEO Elon Musk's 6-year-old son. Photos circulating online show the boy carrying a traditional Chinese tiger-head bag reportedly from a Guilin-based brand. Reports say the product sold out overnight. Both sides described the summit between the two heads of state as highly fruitful. Nvidia CEO JENSEN HUANG: "I think this is one of the most incredible economies in the world, incredible innovation, this is also the major nation in advancing AI, you're doing great. China's doing great." Apple's TIM COOK: "I think it's very strong, I think people are very excited about AI and new technology and embrace it very well and I couldn't be more excited about it."
