Man opens fire in Texas mall killing two people and injuring three before being arrested

Two people have died in a shopping mall in north Dallas, Texas when a man opened fire at five people. The shooting happened Tuesday in an area known as Koreatown in Carrollton.
Board chair of Dallas Forth Worth Korean American Coalition John Jun said, "So we're shocked and we're mourning. This is something that doesn't happen often, again we're not immune to something like this happening. So, we are waiting for the investigation to be concluded and get the details, more details but at the same time we want to try to see what we can do for the victims as well as, you know, help the community heal, whatever that may be and try to get the community to get back on track into contributing economically."
Police say it was not a random act of gunfire and that the victims knew the attacker. The suspect ran away but was later arrested.
Agents from the FBI and another federal agency were among law enforcement at the scene.
