Four injured in a four-vehicle pile-up in Prince Edward Road West

Four vehicles collided on Prince Edward Road West, injuring four.

The crash took place at 269 Prince Edward Road West at around 8:30 a.m., where a black van mounted the sidewalk.

Its front end was severely damaged and the windshield was shattered. 

Sources said a van may have lost control near Earl Street and collided with a black seven-seater.

A tour bus and a light truck behind could not stop in time.

Four were injured, including the two drivers and two passengers. 

One was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance.
