Travel nightmare at airports across US as TSA deal collapses

A travel nightmare is unfolding at airports across America with a new warning from the head of the TSA saying, if the agency is not funded soon some airports may need to close down entirely.

This as some airports saw the worst lines in TSA history from New York to Atlanta to Houston.

Optimism to end the impasse has collapsed with the two sides far apart as TSA workers go without pay and some taking on second jobs. NBC News has more.
