Mayday's cancelled HK show replaced by special rehearsal session

Taiwanese band Mayday previously cancelled the opening concert of their Hong Kong tour. Instead, a special rehearsal session was held tonight.

Some fans and tourists arrived at Kai Tak Sports Park more than an hour early ahead of the rehearsal session. 

The rehearsal session was originally scheduled to start at 7 p.m. and last about 40 minutes, but it was delayed by around 20 minutes. The event took place at Kai Tak Sports Park. Despite the delay and partial attendance, the show eventually overran by about half an hour, ending at around 8:30 p.m. The atmosphere remained orderly throughout.

As of now, the Consumer Council has received 194 related complaints involving more than 540,000 dollars in total.
