Blaze engulfs tin-shack homes in Tsuen Wan's Lo Wai

A fire broke out Lo Wai, Tsuen Wan, earlier in the afternoon before another blaze erupted at nearly 10 p.m. at a village house in the district, with reports of explosion sounds prompting multiple emergency calls.
Around 100 people were evacuated.
The Fire Services Department upgraded the incident as a No. 3 alarm fire at 10:07 p.m.
