Toy thrown from building damaged parked car

In Sham Shui Po, a toy was thrown from a high-rise building, damaging a car parked on the road. No one was injured. 

Police found a young boy alone at the apartment and arrested his mother.

Online footage shows an object falling from an apartment window, hitting the rear of a parked car.

A toy was found on the windshield, with fragments scattered.

Several other toys were on the ground.

Around midnight, several toys were thrown from a mid-level unit at Tai Nam Street.

According to reports from the scene, police entered the unit and found a Ugandan boy which is approximately 4 years old.

Suspecting he was left alone at home, the boy's 28-year-old Ugandan mother was arrested on suspicion of child abuse or neglect.
