HKTB expects 50,000 spectators for four-day LIV Golf Hong Kong tournament

As the LIV Golf Hong Kong tournament enters its third day, the Tourism Board estimates a turnout of up to 50,000 spectators.
Chairman of Hong Kong Tourism Board Peter Lam said, "This year is the third year we have LIV Golf and this is the first time to extend from three days to four days. I think we will attract about 40,000 to 50,000 people coming to this event. Hopefully, we can do more. I'm sure that we have been signed up for next year as well. So we're expecting next year will be even more successful."
When asked how Hong Kong is affected by recent Middle East conflicts, Lam said there is no immediate threat, but warned that surging gold and oil prices
require close monitoring and a strategic response.
