Cold Weather Warning is in force

The Observatory says the Cold Weather Warning is now in force. 

Temperature in urban areas fell to about 12 degree Celsius in the morning.

Under the persistent influence of the winter monsoon, it will be cold in the morning from Wednesday to Friday. 

The minimum temperature will be around 11 degrees in the urban areas, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories.
