Space oil drug is now called etomidate

The government said the name of "space oil drug" will be changed to "etomidate."
Speaking to the press this afternoon, Secretary for Security Chris Tang said the name "etomidate" will replace "space oil drug." Tang explained the name can illustrate the nature and harm of the drug to the public.
Meanwhile, Tang said a total of 43,407 crime cases were recorded in the first half of this year, a drop of 4.2 percent compared to the same period of 2024.
