Strong Wind Signal No. 3 replaced No.8 signal

The Strong Wind Signal, No. 3 has been issued at 7:40 p.m. to replace the No. 8 Southeast Gale or Storm Signal. 

This means that winds with mean speeds of 41 to 62 kilometres per hour are expected. The Observatory said strong winds are still blowing, and do not relax taking precautions.
