Keung To, a member of popular Hong Kong boy band MIRROR, was rescued after he accidentally fell into the sea near the Western Wholesale Food Market this afternoon.
The police said they received reports at around 4:30 p.m. of a man suspected of falling into the sea.
The man, who was later identified as Keung To, was rescued at the Central Ferry Piers and was conscious when sent to hospital for treatment.
Sources said he fell near the Western Wholesale Food Market and was rescued by a boat owner before authorities were alerted.
The singer's manager noted on social media that Keung To is safe and that it was just an accident.
