Tropical cyclone warning dropped at 3.40pm as Wutip moves away

As the tropical storm Wutip continues to depart from Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Observatory cancels all Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals at 3:40 p.m. and will issue the Strong Monsoon Signal shortly afterwards.
The weather forecaster said local winds will still be occasionally strong for the rest of the day, under the influence of the southwesterly airstream to the south.
Occasional heavy showers are expected over the coast of Guangdong on Monday and Tuesday.
