Tropical cyclone warning may be downgraded between 3 and 6 p.m.

With the gradual departure of tropical storm Wutip, the Hong Kong Observatory said it will consider replacing the tropical cyclone warning by the Strong Monsoon Signal between 3 and 6 this afternoon.
The weather forecaster said Wutip is moving across the northern part of Guangdong, bringing squally showers to the coast.
Wutip will continue to move northeast and further weaken is it enters Jiangxi.
