Strong Wind Signal No. 3 to stay at least until midday Sunday

The Strong Wind Signal No. 3 is in effect.
The Hong Kong Observatory said it is likely to remain in force until at least midday tomorrow.
This as tropical cyclone Wutip has weakened from a severe tropical storm into a tropical storm.
Wutip is moving at around 28 kilometres an hour across the Guangdong-Guangxi area.
The forecaster said the chances of issuing the No. 8 Signal is low unless Wutip intensifies around the inland region and shifts closer to the Pearl River Estuary.
