Senator handcuffed and thrown out of Homeland briefing

U.S. Democratic California Senator Alex Padilla was forcibly removed after he interrupted a Los Angeles news conference held by Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem on immigration.

Padilla says he just wants answers but Noem called his conduct "inappropriate political theatre". NBC reports.
