U.S. President Donald Trump plans to extend the pause on enforcing the ban on TikTok once again.
Trump had previously extended the pause on April 4 to give the social media platform and potential U.S. buyers as well as the Chinese government more time to reach a deal, but little progress has been made.
The current pause on enforcement is due to end on June 19 with the odds of a deal being reached between the U.S. and China low, with issues such as tariffs not helping negotiations.
