The Immigration Department is expecting around 671,000 inbound travellers today as the Easter holiday break is coming to an end.
As of 10 a.m., some 88,000 travellers entered the territory. Among them, 72,000 are Hong Kong residents.
To cope with demand, authorities arranged 13 additional pairs of trains between West Kowloon Station in Hong Kong and Shenzhen's Futian Station.
