CLP announces possible drop of electricity tariffs starting March

CLP's electricity tariffs could gradually drop from next month as the power supplier is to lower the fuel adjustment fee.

At today's press conference for announcing its annual results, CLP CEO Chiang Tung-keung said that international fuel prices continue to slow, and the fuel adjustment fee will further decrease next month, but costs may still be affected by geopolitical factors.

In 2025, CLP's total earnings decreased 10.8% year-on-year to 10.468 billion dollars.
